Loadcentral has two levels of password. The first level password is commonly known as your SMS password while your Second Level Password is the Webtool password.

There are two steps to change your passwords:
1. Changing of password via SMS/ Cell Phone:
Simply text the following info to our Loadcentral SMS Access Numbers.
- Type Changepw<space>Old First Level Password(6-digit pin)<space>New First Level password(6-digit-pin)
2. Change of password via Webtool:
-You may change your SL password through webtool.
- Login using your username(it should be on a 63923******* format) at www.loadcentral.net
- Login using your username(it should be on a 63923******* format) at www.loadcentral.net
